Job Role:

Trainee Operator (NAPS Apprenticeship Program)

Location:

22 & 23, Sector 6, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122051

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assembly line machines for engine parts.

Ensure smooth functioning of production processes.

Maintain quality standards during operations.

Follow safety and operational protocols.

Support team in achieving production targets.

Qualification:

12th Pass or ITI (all trades accepted except Civil, COPA, Plumber, and Carpenter).

Age: 18 to 25 years.

Male/Female candidates can apply.

Skills:

Basic technical knowledge in machine operations.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Attention to detail and quality standards.

Good teamwork and adaptability.

Salary / Stipend:

For 12th Pass: ₹12,500 (Basic ₹11,600 + ₹900 PA).

For ITI: ₹13,650 (Basic ₹12,600 + ₹1,050 PA).

Overtime available as per requirement.

Other Details:

Duty Time: 8 hours + overtime if required.

Shift: Rotational.

Benefits: Attendance bonus, quarterly/one-time bonus, festive session bonus (₹2,500 if worked), subsidized canteen (₹20 per meal).

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,200 on full duty (26 days).

Accommodation: Self-arranged (company helps in finding rooms at ₹1500–1600 per person, 3–4 persons per room).
